New Work: 4 tips as success factors for effective innovation workshops

#1: Bring diversity and difference to the table
Choose participants from different departments and with different disciplines. The diversity of backgrounds allows for a wide range of perspectives and encourages creative thinking.

#2: Choose a suitable location for creativity & freedom
Take advantage of the versatile and inspiring spaces in the Hamburger Ding, which are perfect for design thinking. From flexible meeting rooms to conference locations above the rooftops of Hamburg - the environment influences the creativity of the participants.

#3: Carry out problem-solving phases in a targeted manner

#4: #doyourthing, active, free, relaxed and have fun
At the Hamburger Ding, things are different: Here you combine effectiveness with fun and new experiences. Whether in your own gym or on an adrenaline-filled ride around the Nürburgring in our gaming zone – develop fresh ideas far away from the usual.
